Job Description
Eastman Music Company is seeking a dynamic Accessories Manager to lead the lifecycle and growth of our brasswind accessories portfolio. This role is responsible for driving category strategy, managing sourcing and pricing, and aligning inventory with demand, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to expand Eastman’s presence in the brass accessories market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of brasswind accessories, including sourcing, pricing, inventory
planning, product management, and new product launches.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and translate
insights into category strategy.
Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure accurate product specs, packaging,
collateral, and successful promotional programs.
Engage with dealers, educators, and artists to gather feedback, increase adoption, and
strengthen brand advocacy.
Represent Eastman at trade shows and industry events through in-booth support, training,
and relationship building.
Monitor category performance and implement corrective actions to drive growth.
Collaborate with suppliers and operations to ensure products meet standards and support
continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years in the global music products industry
Knowledge of brasswind instruments and accessories
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel for trade shows, dealer visits, and product events.
Social media or digital marketing experience a plus
