Role Overview:
The Percussion Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in sales, inventory management, and customer service. This role ensures our customers, from school music dealers to professional musicians, receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage house accounts and support sales through outreach and marketing

  • Support Regional Sales Managers with inventory, order fulfillment, and product questions

  • Serve as the point of contact for customer questions, quotes, and product support

  • Enter, update, and process retail and wholesale sales orders

  • Communicate ETAs, confirm pricing/terms, and send order confirmations

  • Inspect New Jersey-made instruments for quality assurance

  • Process inventory movement using Acumatica; reconcile physical and digital stock

  • Assist with artist support, factory tours, and event planning

  • Assist with website maintenance and social media accounts

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Music Industry experience, customer service, order management, and/or sales

  • Knowledge of keyboard percussion instruments and mallets required

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and other events

  • Social media or digital marketing experience a plus
