Job Description

As Sales & Backoffice Assistant you play a pivotal role in sales, inventory management, order fulfilment, and customer service. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where continuous improvement, efficiency, and craftsmanship are valued. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking to grow in a hands-on, instrument-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and process sales orders

  • Communicate ETAs, send order/shipping confirmations

  • Maintain customer profiles; manage open orders and back-orders

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer questions, quotes, and product support

  • Support Regional Sales Managers with inventory, order fulfilment, and product questions

  • Receive and track inventory using Acumatica; reconcile physical and digital stock

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Self-motivated, focused, and driven to support team goals

  • Willingness to learn and apply standardised work practices

  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills; Dutch and French would also be welcome, but not essential

Bonus Skills

  • Affinity with wind instruments

  • Previous Music Industry experience
